During my recent stay at the Cordis, Auckland, I found many aspects quite pleasant, but some areas really need improvement. The location was ideal, allowing easy strolls to the harbor, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, my room faced some issues with cleanliness and service, which left me feeling that it fell short of being a true five-star experience.
